The Atlanta Track Club honored Coach Bill Thorn and senior Caroline Jones on Tuesday, Dec. 6 at the 42nd Annual "All Metro High School Cross Country Awards Banquet" at Westminster School.

Coach Thorn coached the Landmark girls to their third consecutive State Cross Country Championship on Nov. 5 and the boys placed second. Jones led the team for the second time in three years, this year placing fourth overall. It was her 2nd time to be honored by the Club as she and her brother Robert were honored for their second place finishes on the championship winning teams of the 2003-2004 season.

This years State team included Jones, Kaity Bulger, Elizabeth Gresham, Jessie Thames, Lauren Mcguire, Kassie Deel and Christian Mcguire.
