The Tyrone PRIVATE Property Taker is Coming to Town!?!? HE IS ALREADY THERE!!

You better watch out, you better not cry (at least not after you have been made aware of this), you better not pout, I'm telling you why -
BARRY AMOS is taking your privately owned property and its' uses away slowly without complying with the GA & US Constitutions' 5th Amendment Takings Clause which requires any government agency who wants to take over private property for government use to pay the private property owner the just compensation of their property - in other words, if Barry wants to redevelop downtown Tyrone and you own property in his way, he will just zone you out of business & devalue your property so that Tyrone does not have to pay you the fair market value of your property. You better hold on tight to your property and stand up and take notice of your property rights which are being crushed slowly but surely at town hall - the primary suspect.......BARRY AMOS!!

And P.S. Ginger Blackstone, who sits on the Planning Commission of Tyrone said not too long ago in one of their meetings that she did not want Palmetto Road widened. She further asked if Fayette County, who will widen the road, can make Tyrone widen this road?? Wake up Ginger, its not the county but your own town manager who has designed the layout for the "downtown redevelopment" and guess what....part of that plan shows a map which indicates that Palmetto Road will be widened by Fayette County at Tyrone's request!!
