Elbert Errol Langley, 69, Peachtree City, formerly of Vero Beach, Fla., died Dec. 3, 2005. He was born April 22, 1936 in Manchester, N. H., son of the late Elbert Errol Langley Sr., and the late Olive Wood Langley Ring. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Donald A. Ring. He was reared in Hampton, N. H., graduating from Winnacunnet High School, class of 1955. He served in the United States Air Force as an Airman Second Class. He was a member of the St. James Masonic Lodge #102, F&AM, Hampton. He was businessman and a private yacht captain. Services were at the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home, Hampton, N. H., with interment at the High Street Cemetery, Hampton. Survivors include his wife, Vicky Nix Langley, Peachtree City; a son, Eric and Jane Langley, Peachtree City; grandchildren, Eric Langley, and Elizabeth Langley, both of Peachtree City; stepchildren, Amanda Edens, Isaac Godfrey, and Angela Thomas, all of Georgia, and Abigail Soule, Virginia; five step-grandchildren; a brother, Jay and Peppa Ring, Hampton, N. H.; and nephews and nieces, Elise Ring, Erica Brown, and Allan Ring. Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew’s Lighthouse, 1797 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
