Guice represents Buyers and Sellers in all real estate transactions. Guice joined his Mother at Exit Encore Realty in Peachtree City when the company opened it’s doors.

Guice had an accounting background prior to entering the Real Estate Field 18 months ago and is very detail oriented. His clients are given the very best in service and up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market. Chuck has lived in Fayette County since childhood is a graduate of the Fayette County School system.
