Sam is a seasoned veteran of the Georgia residential market and has just celebrated his 26th year in the real estate business. He has received numerous prestigious awards over the years including Top Agent (7 times), Man of the Year, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Who’s Who in Georgia Real Estate, Life time Million Dollar Club, and Active Phoenix.

Furthermore, Sam has earned the coveted “Atlanta’s Top 100” 5 years in a row which is earned when the agent ranks in the top 100 out of ALL Metro Atlanta agents (usually 20,000 to 25,000 agents). Sam credits his wife and partner, Kina Surfus, as being an integral part of his success in the business.

Kina Surfus has been active in Real Estate for 20 years. Born in Genk, Belgium, she speaks fluent Flemish/Dutch (as does Sam!) along with some German and French. Kina has recently become a “HUD Home Specialist” and a “Certified House Value Specialist”.
