Ravin Homes agent luncheon a success

On Tuesday, June 19, Ravin Homes, Inc. hosted its first Intimate Agent Luncheon at the City Café in Fayetteville. The purpose of the luncheon was to thank those agents who have visited one of the communities currently being offered by Ravin Homes in both Fayetteville and Peachtree City.

With the market booming in some areas and going more slowly in others, the Sales Team of Ravin Homes, decided to discuss the issues that are directly affecting the sale of homes in their communities.

After much discussion, the consensus was clear that most people are doing one of two things, looking to buy or sell a home. Both of which can prove challenging without the appropriate guidance.

The luncheon was not only an opportunity to show appreciation to the agents, but to exchange vital feedback about the needs and wants of today’s homebuyers. It was concluded at the end of the luncheon that one of the most important elements of real estate sale is the building of relationships.

Ravin Homes, Inc. is proud of the time taken to present information about the homes and communities that are being offered, and to get to know the persons who work diligently to make homeownership a reality.
