Nichelle Moore of Peachtree City was recently selected to participate in Cities of America's 2007 national competition that will take place Dec. 12-17, 2007 in Orlando, Fla. Moore learned of her acceptance into this year's competition as Cities of America, Inc. announced it via mail November 13, 2006. She was also selected based on her participation and performance in the Teen Division 1 Atlanta Preliminary Competition in August, 2006. Moore will be competing for her share of over $60,000 in prizes and specialty gifts that will be distributed to the contestants. She will be competing in the Miss Jr. Teen age division, one of three divisions that will have young ladies between the ages of 10 and 19 competing in modeling routines which include casual wear and formal wear. Moore will also display her personality and interviewing skills while interviewing with this year’s Orlando judging panel. There is no cost to Moore for participating in the pageant competition. Community business, organizations, and private individuals will assist her in participating in this year’s competition through donations or by becoming an official sponsor to her. Through sponsorship, each contestant receives all the financial support. Any business, organization or private individual who may be interested in becoming a sponsor to Moore and requires further information on how to do so may contact Cities of America, Inc. at 1-800-559-3492. login to post comments |
