McIntosh High School PTSO President Cele Eifert presents the "Outstanding PTSO Volunteer" award to Mel Duhon. The annual award was based on how many hours Duhon is at the school every day operating the Outpost School store and getting all the supplies needed to make the store successful, as well as all the assistance he provides to the Spirit of McIntosh Band Boosters.
