Fayetteville DAR names first slate of officers

The James Waldrop Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution has elected its first officers. Pictured standing (l-r) are: Chaplain Alice Mallory, Registrar Ann Eldredge, Historian Willene Jackson, Recording Secretary Susan Sloan, Parliamentarian Natalie Davis, Librarian Carolyn Balog. As the newest DAR chapter in Fayette County, The James Waldrop Chapter will focus its volunteer work in the areas of patriotism, preserving American history and promoting education.
