The Senoia City Council decided Monday night against forwarding an annexation request for a 4-acre parcel to Coweta County. The tract is part of a much-larger 29-acre tract that developers wanted to use as a recreation and commercial center. The tract is just on the outskirts of the expanded city limits on Hwy.85 and would have included five ballfields for Peachtree City sports leaders, along with Senoia's baseball association, to lease and use for tournaments.
