Aubrey Glen “A.G.” VanLandingham, 69, Fayetteville, died Dec. 2, 2005. He was born Oct. 7, 1936 in Geneva County, Ala. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Vicky VanLandingham. Services were at the Liberty Baptist Church, Fayetteville, with the Rev. David Black officiating. Interment was at New Hope Cemetery, Clayton County. Survivors include his wife, Sandra M. VanLandingham, Fayetteville; sons, Darryl and Ruth VanLandingham, Navarre, Fla., and Wendell VanLandingham, Ft. Walton, Fla.; daughters, Cristi and Robert Kersh, Pilot Point, Texas, Dana and Wesley McKay, Fayetteville, and Kellie Ballew, Fayetteville; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Johnny and E. V. VanLandingham, Roseville, Calif., and Ricky VanLandingham, Columbus; and sisters, Sandra VanLandingham, Fayetteville, and Melba and E. J. Scott, Iron City. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
