The lingering fate of county attorney Bill McNally was left unresolved Thursday night, but one Fayette County Commissioner believes the issue will be decided June 28.
"We just got our report today on what the other counties are doing with in-house attorneys," said Commissioner Eric Maxwell after Thursday night's meeting.
But Maxwell believes the County Commission will resolve the issue one way or another when it votes on the final county budget at the end of June
