Ms. Kathryn Speed Revis of Alpharetta and Jimmy Lee Revis of Dallas, Texas, announce the engagement of their daughter, Priscilla Elaine Revis, to Michael Roberts Hamilton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Brian Hamilton of Peachtree City. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Speed of Clayton, and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Benjamin Revis of Greer, S.C. She is a 2003 graduate of Sequoyah High School and a summa cum laude graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where she received her bachelor of science degree in international affairs and modern language in 2006. The future groom is the grandson of Dr. Jack Cullen Roberts and the late Hattie Mae Mashburn Roberts of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Warden Hamilton of Salem, Ohio. He is a 2003 graduate of McIntosh High School and a 2007 magna cum laude graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. The wedding will be July 14, 2007, at the chapel of the historic Log Cabin Sunday School in Smyrna. After a honeymoon to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the couple will reside in Cambridge, Mass., where the groom will pursue a masters degree in technology and policy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. login to post comments |
