Wendy Kinney to speak June 19 at ASEN/ABWA Lunch & LearnThu, 06/07/2007 - 4:06pm
By: The Citizen
From business lunches to effectively using voice mail, learn the difference between protocol, manners and etiquette from business networking expert Wendy Kinney. Find out when to write a thank you note, how to invite an associate to lunch and how to leave voice mail messages that get returned. Etiquette, says Kinney, is what we are doing and saying, so that we can be thinking about business. "Etiquette" isn't something we think much about, but Kinney considers it "Vitamins for Business." She will share her experience and message during Lunch & Learn, sponsored by Atlanta South Express Network of the American Business Women’s Association (ASEN/ABWA), on Tuesday, June 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center in Peachtree City. Networking, meeting new people and staying in touch with them, is how business gets done, says Kinney. It's a practice, not a theory. And like most things, it's best learned by doing. Wendy Kinney, the power and energy behind “Ready...Set...Go Make Money,” brings 10 year's experience of real-time network marketing to each of her programs. Her methods are proven: She opened the Atlanta office of PowerCore, growing it from scratch to create more than 44 teams connecting 738 members. Her techniques are innovative: She distills her extensive business and human behavior knowledge into pithy, digestible chunks of networking wisdom. Kinney's audiences can benefit from her experience in the best place possible -- at the profit line. A seasoned and sought-after speaker, Wendy Kinney lives in Atlanta. ASEN/ABWA offers business people in Coweta, Fayette and surrounding areas an outstanding resource for networking, business education and business and personal support. Guests are welcome. For reservations for the June 19 Lunch & Learn, go to the website www.asenabwa.com, or contact Jeannie Doole by phone at 404-644-9394 or e-mail to jdoole@summergrove.net. Monthly programs feature knowledgeable speakers covering topics such as personal success, marketing and sales techniques, new technology, and more. login to post comments |
