Great customer service is the key for Robinson Landscapes

In a market already crowded with landscape businesses, what can one company do to stand out? For Robinson Landscapes, Inc., standing out from the crowd means offering the best in personalized customer service.

“We are a small business that competes with all of the biggest landscape companies in Coweta and Fayette County,” owner Matt Robinson explains. His company provides full service landscape design, installation and maintenance. “We are able to provide the highest standard of work at a cheaper price and are able to spend more time with our clients.”

That means Robinson Landscapes employees show up early and work late. They set dates and meet deadlines, all in effort to help customers with their own busy schedules. “Customer service is very important to us,” Robinson says, and the effort is paying off with satisfied customers.

“A recent customer sent me an email thanking us for our work ethic, being on time, staying late, cleaning up, doing everything we said we would,” Robinson tells. “He said it was the best experience he had ever had with a contractor.”

Keeping his customers’ needs in mind is one of the key’s to his business’s success. For example, due to the dry spring and early water restrictions, Robinson Landscapes is running a special or irrigation and sprinkler systems. “We want to help keep the landscape beautiful year round, even in a drought,” Robinson explains.
“Everyone is so busy working, taking care of the kids and enjoying life that nobody has time to water the plants and grass. If we install a sprinkler system, we can help to ease some of the worries of a busy summer schedule.”

Robinson says ponds and waterfalls are among his favorite landscape features to install because they can make a big impact in a small space.

“People travel hundreds of miles on vacation to experience what we can bring to a backyard setting,” he says. Seeing the amazed look on a homeowner’s face when the project is complete is what makes his job worthwhile. “Even though they thought they knew how the landscape would turn out, they are always amazed at the difference.”

Having recently expanded into the Fayette market, Robinson thanks the community and looks forward to growing in the area. “The landscape of Fayette is ever changing, always improving and extremely maintained,” Robinson says. “It is a great place to work and grow, and we are privileged to help turn your soil into something beautiful and fulfilling that will have an impact on generations to come.” He calls Fayette County the “trendsetter for the southside of Atlanta.”
