Sara Elizabeth Jones, 94, Fayetteville, died May 30, 2007. She was born July 29, 1912 in Vidalia, daughter of G. W. and Anne Seymore Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Millard F. Jones. She was a secretary in an elementary school in Broward County. Graveside services were at Brooks Memorial Cemetery with Elder Wayne Nash officiating.

Survivors include daughters JoAnne Young, Union City, Rachel and Paul Cold Jr., Fayetteville, and Sharon B. and Richard Webb, Charlotte, N.C.; eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
