Spincycle announces that the Georgia State Criterium Championships will be held on June 2 at Shannon Mall in Union City.

The best racers throughout the state of Georgia will be competing for the coveted Georgia State Criterium Championship jersey.

The Kids’ Bicycle Obstacle Course will be open from 4-6 p.m. Kids will ride their bikes through various obstacles, such as weaving through cones, and even dismount to run through the inflatable obstacle course known as the Iron Man. There will be a kids’ bicycle race at 6 p.m. which will be started by Mayor Ralph Moore.

The Professional bicycle race will start at 6:30 p.m. ProAm riders from all over the state will be averaging 40 mph through the one mile course along the backside of Shannon Mall.
