From the showstopping to the heart-tugging, the inaugural graduation ceremony for Whitewater High School had something for everyone.

The event featured a flyover of four military jets in formation, which was definitely a show-stopper seconds after the anthem was played. There was also an a-capella rendition of a song three students wrote during their first year at school, which began with classmates at the old Fayette County High School, now known as the LaFayette Educational Center.

One graduate's family members dressed themselves in a Mardi Gras theme to honor the accomplishment.
