Despite a lack of cooperation from Mother Nature (and some much needed rain), the show must go on!

The Imagination Movers kids show at the Villages Amphitheater turned out to be a very intimate and personal show for those families who decided to brave the storms. 10 lucky families who won an invitation to a private Meet & Greet Dance Party with the Imagination Movers from The Citizen Newspapers gathered in the Green Room to meet Rich, Smitty, Dave, Scott and Kyle who chatted, took photos, signed autographs and taught the winners three of their dances, followed by a rousing game of Simon Says!

Since the sheets of rain were still coming down, Nancy Price, director of The Villages Amphitheater, decided that instead of canceling the show, to bring everyone up on the stage to stay dry and still enjoy the show. Everyone gathered around for a fun and mystical magic show with local magician favorite Ken Scott. He wowed the crowd with his antics and illusions.

Before the Imagination Movers took the stage, the sky had cleared up, so everyone went back to grab a seat and enjoy the show. The Movers came out and rocked the house! Kids of all ages went to the dance floor in front of the stage and danced along to the songs. The Movers came down to the dance area and sang and danced along with kids...until the skies opened up once again...so the Movers invited everyone back up on stage and made this a concert these families won't soon forget! They continued to dance and sing along only now they were really up close and personal!

Everyone had a blast and this will be filed away as an awesome experience in many memories!!!
