Please don’t tell me if I just read this. The building of golf cart bridges across Ga. Highway 54 is being delayed due to the need for an air quality study?

Why, as I thought golf carts were minimum pollution methods of transportation? Why is this necessary? What is this country coming to with stupid acts like this? Now with the delay, I am sure the costs will have gone up.
