Super Suppers founder visits FayettevilleTue, 05/01/2007 - 4:35pm

Judie Byrd, the founder of Super Suppers, visited Super Supper Fayetteville on April 27. She gave free cooking demonstrations at the store at various times during her stay, as well as signed her new best selling cookbook. Super Suppers was the first meal assembly studio kitchen to open on the southside in Aug. 2006. You've probably never met anyone as enthusiastic about bringing families back to the dinner table, but that's what keeps Judie Byrd energized, searching for the next great answer to that ever-pressing question, “What's for dinner?” Byrd is truly vivacious when it comes to solving the dinnertime dilemma of busy people on the go, especially moms, which is how she started. Still today, her three grown children and five grandchildren eat Sunday dinner at her home each week. Judie and her husband of 40 years Bill have, in four short years, built Super Suppers into a meal assembly juggernaut, providing great tasting, ready to cook entrées to America's families and creating a convenient and healthier solution to the fast food drive-through. The company has been recognized by Newsweek magazine as one of the nation’s fastest growing franchises, and by Entrepreneur magazine as the fourth best franchise for 2007. Judie and Bill Byrd reside in Fort Worth, Texas. login to post comments |
