Students helped make the earth healthier by providing grocery shoppers with paper bags decorated with environmental messages.

The Peachtree City Elementary After School Program participated in the 13th annual Earth Day Groceries Project sponsored by Publix Supermarkets. The bags were passed out (full of groceries) to shoppers at the Publix Peachtree East on Earth Day, April 22. General Manager David Komestat coordinated the event.
