Five members of Junior Girl Scout Troop No. 147 of Tyrone recently took a trip to Crystal River, Florida. While there, they took a three hour tour where they got to swim in the river and interact with manatees in the wild. They also visited the Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park. The troop sold over 1,600 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies to help pay for their trip and other activities this spring.
