Spring tour at Lake RedwineFri, 04/20/2007 - 3:02pm

Lake Redwine Plantation, Coweta’s prestigious new homes community, will host a Spring Tour and Open House on the last Saturday of the month, April 28, 2007, from 12:30-4 p.m. The event completely free and is open to the general public. Licensed real estate agents are invited as well. More than 20 homes will be open and available for tours. Fabulous new construction will be showcased including lakefront and lakeview homes. Builders will be on hand to meet the public and answer questions about homes. Sales agents and mortgage lenders will also be on site and available to assist buyers and answer questions about specific homes and/or the community. Refreshments will be served, and various door prizes – including cash! – will be offered at select homes. The majority of the open houses will be in Lake Redwine’s new Phase 10. The new area is also known as the “Westwind” and “West Shore” sections of Redwine. Maps will be available at the Lake Redwine Sales Center.
