American Legion Post 105 celebrate founding of AL

Post Commanders of Fayette County Post 105, past and present, gathered at their March meeting to observe the anniversary of the founding of The American Legion. The American Legion, the nation's largest military veterans service organization was founded in March 1919 by soldiers returning World War I. Commanders pictured are Herman Miller, 1986 and 1987, Deana Rowe, 2005 and 2006, Dale Barnett, 1999 and 2000, David Niebes, 2007, Trenton Pauley, 1994 and 1998, Robin Robbins, 1995, Harold Goza, 1979-1985. Post 105 has members from across Fayette County and meets the second Monday of each month at the Log Cabin in Fayetteville.
