The Gaddy School has announced the offering of real estate continuing education courses in the evening. “We call our new program “Tuesday Evening” because we will offer our courses on two Tuesday evenings each month”, Wade Gaddy, the Director and Principal Instructor of The Gaddy School, explained. “We are offering some really great courses that normally would only be available in day classes. For example, we have “Communicating With Your Mind, Your Body and Your Soul” a course that teaches personality profiling, reading body language, and understanding the five love languages as they relate to developing rapport in real estate.

Another example would be our “Oh No! The Appraisal Came Back Low! What Can I Do Now?” This course focuses on the “language” of appraisal and offers a behind the scenes look at how an appraiser looks at a house differently than a real estate agent. In all, there are eight different 3-hour courses we will offer in the evening format.”

The courses are on different Tuesday evenings each month. The classes meet from 6 p.m. until 9:15 p.m. and are held at The Gaddy School located in the Publix Shopping Center on Hwy. 54 in Peachtree City. The cost of each course is $45.
