Chloe W. Young, 95, Fayetteville, died April 2, 2007. She was born April 24, 1911 in Lumpkin County. She was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Young, a brother, James Waters, and sisters, Jeanne Barrett, and Beatrice Smith. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Doug Burrell officiating. Interment was at Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery, Atlanta. Survivors include a nephew, Phillip Barrett, Helena, Mont.; nieces, Cheri and Rod Chennault, Fayetteville, and Lani Anderson-Barrett, San Francisco, Calif.; and great nieces and nephews, Casey and Chris Chennault, Fayetteville, and Reilly and Jackson Anderson-Barrett, San Francisco, Calif. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
