Last year, the Tour de Georgia raced up Peachtree Parkway on its way through Tyrone and on to Rome. The 2007 Tour de Georgia starts in Peachtree City next Monday at 1 p.m. and will make its way down to Macon. Look in the Friday and Saturday editions of The Citizen for a special section on this year’s race, full of maps, photographs and feature stories on everything that makes this year’s event so special.
