Infant Mary Landyn Gokey, daughter of Paul and Tami Gokey of Sharpsburg, was one of the first to be baptized in the baptistry of St. Mary Magdalene’s new church in the Thomas Crossroads area of Newnan. Performing the baptism was Father Dan Fleming, pastor of St. Mary Magdalene.
