At their weekly meeting at the Wyndham Conference Center in Peachtree City, the Rotary Club of Peachtree City recently presented Christian City a gift of $1,000. The donation is in support of the new Children's Village project which is under construction on Christian City's campus in Union City. The Children's Village will be comprised of eight to ten new cottages for the abandoned or neglected children that are in Christian City's care. Administrative offices and recreational facilities are also planned. 

Since 1965 Christian City has been providing loving homes to less fortunate children in a residential setting with full time houseparents. As a nonprofit, nondenominational organization, they also have opportunities for retiring seniors,  care for the the elderly and the infirm, as well as care for  those who suffer from Alzheimer's disease. For more information on Christian City call 770-703-2636 or visit www.christiancity.org.
