Bill Webb, Metro Fayette Kiwanis, was chosen as its Kiwanian of the Year. Past president, Stephen Ott, presents the award. Webb is chairman of the Sponsored Youth committee. It oversees the Kiwanis clubs in the middle and high schools. The group meets each Tuesday at noon at the IHOP in Fayetteville.
