It is more than just an ordinary visit for Rico native Charity Smith Whitney. As reigning Mrs. Georgia International, Whitney and her family were treated March 10 to a covered dish supper at Rico Community Center. She took the occasion to speak to residents about her platform, World Vision, and its positive, worldwide impact.
