Beverly Diane Jolly Morris, 60, Fayetteville, died Nov. 22, 2005. She was born July 16, 1945 in Polk County. She was a nursing professor recently retired from Gordon College, Barnesville. She was also an instructor at Clayton College and State University, Morrow, and an assistant head nurse at Southern Regional Medical Center from 1979-1988. She was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. Services were at the Flat Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Chris Mullins, the Rev. Cary Kerlin, and the Rev. Marvin Howard officiating. Survivors include her husband, Tom Morris, Fayetteville; a son, Charlie and Stacy Morris, Williamson; a daughter, Jennie Morris and fiancé, Nathaniel Huddleston, Fayetteville; brothers, Harold Jolly, Tuscaloosa, Ala., Bruce Jolly, Rancho Cordova, Calif., and John David Jolly and Richard Jolly, both of Cedartown; and sisters, Kathryn Kerr and Evelyn Meadows, Cedartown, Virginia Hilburn, Pensacola, Fla., and Jean Sharpe, Baxley. Memorial donations may be made to the Diane Jolly Morris Nursing Scholarship Fund, in care of Southern Community Bank, P.O. Box 142069, Fayetteville, GA 30214, or the Hollonville Baptist Church Building Fund, 6740 Hwy. 362, Williamson, GA 30292-3397. Carl J.
