Melinda Belote of The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City has added Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) to her professional designations. Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and demonstrated professional expertise in residential real estate. Belote is among only 35,000 Realtors nationwide to have earned the prestigious credential. CRS designees subscribe to the strict Realtor code of ethics, have access to the latest technology, and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home. “Advanced education is a priority at The Home Source Realtors,” said Peachtree City General Brokerage Managing Broker Cheri Scranage. “Providing the most up-to-date professional service in the rapidly changing real estate industry is an important part of our superior customer sservice.” Belote, a Realtor since 2001, also holds e-PRO, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Associate Broker designations. She is a recipient of The Home Source Realtors’ 2004 Achiever award, and has received company recognition for high number of listings and for high sales volume. She is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, and a Life Member of the Board’s Circle of Achievement.
