Andrea Preininger, a sophomore in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, has been named to the dean's list at the Georgia Institute of Technology for the spring and fall 2006 semesters. The dean's list recognizes full-time students who have maintained a grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Preininger is the daughter of Frank and Gabriela Preininger of Peachtree City, Ga. and a 2005 honor graduate of Starr's Mill High School.

John Kull of Fayetteville, a 2003 graduate of Starr’s Mill High School, has been named to the dean’s list of the school of architecture for the fall semester 2006 at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Emily Michelle Bass of Peachtree City, Ga. and Jett Taylor Jackson of Newnan, Ga. were named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. To qualify for the honor, a law student must have earned a minimum 3.0 grade point average out of a possible 4.0 while attempting at least 10 credit hours of coursework.
