Prudential Georgia Realty's Fayetteville office announces top agents of 2006Tue, 03/13/2007 - 1:36pm

The Prudential Georgia Realty Fayetteville office, located at 834 S. Glynn Street, recently honored its top sales associates for 2006. • Top individual listing and selling agent: Stephen Walker • Top selling and listing team: The Curtis/McInroe Team Stephen Walker (www.walkersellshomes.com), an ASR, ABR, CRS, GRI, PMN, and SRES real estate designation holder, entered real estate in 1999. He has been an active member of the Fayette County Board and was named its Realtor of the Year in 2004. A Fayette County resident, Stephen Walker was featured on the January 2006 cover of Broker-Agent Magazine as the Broker-Agent of the Month. Walker placed 6th on the company’s Top 25 Individual Agents list, out of more than 1,400 Prudential Georgia Realty agents, Stephen’s 2006 gross sales were $11 million with 38 closings. His 2006 sales placed Stephen on Prudential Real Estate Affiliate’s (PREA) Chairman’s Circle Gold award level, an honor achieved by only the top 3 percent of the more than 77,000 Prudential agents in North America. Active in the community and his profession, Stephen is on the board for the Fayette Youth Protection Homes, the Board of Advisors for the Southern Crescent Chorale, member of Fayette Kiwanis, chairperson of the Budget and Finance Committee for the Women’s Council of Realtors at the state level, Vice President of Administration and Finance for the Fayette County Board of Realtors and an active member of his church, Christ’s Church at Whitewater. The Curtis/McInroe Team (www.curtismcinroe.com) consists of Ernie Curtis and Kay McInroe. The pair cover both the residential and commercial real estate markets, with Kay specializing in residential real estate and Ernie in commercial properties. Their 2006 gross real estate sales were $7 million, with 32 closings. These totals placed them in the President’s Circle award level for sales performance, one of several award designations created by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA) as a national standard for its agents. The President’s Circle award is held by only the top 8 percent of the 77,000+ Prudential agent organization. Certified Skilled Negotiators, Corporate Relocation Specialists, nationally designated Fine Homes Specialists, Ernie holds the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and Kay, the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. The team understands what it takes to market properties that have special characteristics in location, architecture or historical significance. To stay on top of changes in the commercial real estate industry and network with other commercial Realtors, Ernie is a member of the CCIM Institute, the Realtor Land Institute and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Kay is president-elect of the Fayette chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors and belongs to the Fayette County Board of Realtors. They both belong to the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. The Fayetteville office also had two additional agents---Laura Mehl and Cas Tuck---make Prudential Georgia Realty’s Top 25 Individual Sales Associates list. Mehl was also honored as the Rising Star Agent of the Year for the company.
