Mr. and Mrs. David Joslin of Fayetteville and Ms. Marijeanne Joslin of Griffin announce the engagement of their daughter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Bicknell of Charlotte, N.C.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She currently is employed as a nurse at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Wingate University in North Carolina where he earned his bachelor’s degree in physical education. He also is a graduate of UNCP where he earned his master’s degree in sports administration and served as an assistant baseball coach. He currently is employed as an assistant baseball coach at Clemson University in South Carolina.

The wedding will be held in Charlotte, N.C. on August 4, 2007. Following a honeymoon, the couple will reside in Clemson, S.C.
