Master William Blake Palmer, five weeks old, Luthersville, died Feb. 21, 2007. He was born Jan. 11, 2007 in Clayton County. Memorial services were at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church with Pastor John Weber, Pastor Miriam Beecher and Pastor Pam Smith officiating. Survivors include his parents, Will and Meg Palmer, Luthersville; maternal grandparents, Curtis and Jo Miller, Elk Grove, Calif.; paternal grandparents, Bill and Carey Palmer, Peachtree City; maternal great-grandparents, Bruce and Monica Miller, Glendive, Mont.; paternal great-grandparents, Robert and Norma Speaks, Fayetteville, William and Cathryn Palmer, Metairie, La.; an aunt, Kristin L. Palmer, Peachtree City; and uncles, Justin and Rebecca Miller, Atlanta, and Jared and Julie Miller, Humble, Texas.
