Bobby R. Jarrell Sr., 76, Riverdale, died Feb. 18, 2007. Memorial services were at New Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Hugh Kirby and the Rev. Bob Dukes officiating. Survivors include his wife, Cecelia J. Jarrell, Riverdale; a son, Bobby R. Jarrell Jr., Fayetteville; a daughter, Lori Renee Strange, Colorado Springs, Colo.; and a brother, Paul Jarrell, Baltimore, Md. Horis A. Ward Tara Chapel was in charge.
