Joyce Faye Nipper, 60, Fayetteville, died Feb. 17, 2007. She was born March 21, 1946 in Goldsboro, Wayne County, N.C., and was a lifelong resident of Fayette County. She was the daughter of the late Raymond and Effie Davis Banks. Services were at the Overton chapel, Fayetteville First Baptist Church with the Rev. Chris Perkins and the Rev. Glenn Stringham officiating. Interment was at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Survivors include her husband, Bobby Nipper, Fayetteville; a daughter, Paula and Larry Wilcox, Fayetteville; grandchildren, Robby Ryan and Harley Wilcox; a brother, Abe and Janet Banks, Warner Robins; and an aunt, Trixie and Lee Williams, Riverdale. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
