A speech contest, sponsored by the High Noon Toastmasters, will be held at the VFW lodge, located at the American Legion on Ga. Highway 85 just south of the Fayetteville square, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27.

Visitors and prospective members are welcome to attend and be entertained. Learn new leadership skills and enjoy the fellowship with Toastmasters members.

Toastmasters is a nonprofit communication and leadership program designed to enhance listening, speaking and thinking abilities by helping each other.

High Noon Toastmasters meets the second and fourth Tuesdays at the LaFayette Educational Center in Fayetteville, at 12 p.m.
