Fifteen outstanding contestants competed in the 24th annual Mr. and Miss FCHS Talent Contest on Thursday, Feb. 1 at 7:30 p.m. in Sam’s Auditorium.

Miss FCHS was awarded to Stefanie Smalls who performed a remake of “Killing Me Softly with His Song” by Charles Fox and Norman Gimbel. Smalls was sponsored by her father, Michael Smalls.

Mr. FCHS was awarded to Trevor Martin. He played the piano and sang an original piece entitled “Emily’s Song.” His sponsor was the FCHS math department.

Rebecca Kollmeyer and Jeremie McNease were awarded first runners up and second runners up were awarded to Shayna Cloud and Stuart Coburn.
The People’s Choice Award went to Lauran Wilkerson and Alyese Wilkerson. Congratulations to all of the winners and contestants. A special thanks to the emcees, Fayette County High School’s very own Kelly Taylor and Norman Hart.
