The annual Lenten Lunches hosted by the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church began last Wednesday and will continue each Thursday through the Lenten season.

A light lunch prepared by ladies from the United Methodist Women is served at noon, followed by a guest speaker. Lunches usually last no more than an hour.
Luncheon for Thursday, March 1, will feature Dave Lee as guest speaker with lunch and table decorations provided by the Promise Circle and the Joy Circle.
The March 8 luncheon will feature Chris Mucha as guest speaker with lunch and table decorations provided by the Marie Lamb Circle and the Hope Circle.

Fayetteville First UMC is across the street from the Fayette County Courthouse on Lanier Avenue (Ga. Hwy. 54) in downtown Fayetteville.
