Paul Hibbs of Statesboro announces the engagement of his daughter, Sarah Jean Hibbs of Atlanta, to Christopher Henson Keiser, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter and Lynne Keiser of Fayetteville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dr. E. T. Hibbs and the late Mrs. Ruth Hibbs of Statesboro, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William and Frances Horwitz of Atlanta. She is a graduate of Statesboro High School and has a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in environmental biology. She currently is pursuing additional degrees at the Georgia Institute of Technology in civil/environmental engineering. She is employed as an environmental scientist in Atlanta. The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Eloise Keiser and the late Mac Keiser of Jonesboro, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ray H. and Clara Chambers of Hayesville, N.C. He is a graduate of Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone and has a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in earth and atmospheric science. The couple will wed on August 11, 2007, at the Basil Garden at the Georgia Tech Alumni House in Atlanta. login to post comments |
