Gloria Jean Sherman, 81, Peachtree City, died Feb. 11, 2007. She was born Aug. 13, 1925 in Tryon, Polk County, N.C. She was a sales associate with World Gym in Peachtree City. Memorial services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel. Survivors include a son, Ralph and Teresa McQuillin, Bend, Ore.; a daughter, Andrea and Dennis Bosnich, Fayetteville; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Arthur; and a sister, Virginia. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
