Rotary supports Fayette CARE Clinic

The Rotary Club of Peachtree City has offered support to the Fayette CARE Clinic by donating funds for equipment purchase.

Fayette County is recognized as one of Georgia's most prosperous counties, lending the perception that health care services are easily accessible to the entire community. The reality however, is that an estimated 11 percent of families have annual incomes of $25,000 and may not have either the medical or dental  insurance or the ability to pay directly for basic services. Fayette CARE Clinic is designed to fill the gap for those working families that lack basic health care services.

Created to provide primary medical and dental care to working, uninsured Fayette County residents who lack such services, the Fayette CARE Clinic offers basic health care through treatment, education and referrals.

Caring physicians and dentists oversee health care workers that include: nurses, physician's assistants, dental assistants and others, all of whom volunteer their medical skills and experience toward a wide range of health care needs. For more information about the Fayette CARE Clinic call: 770-487-4778, or visit www.fayettecareclinic.com.
