Mr. and Mrs. Larry Walls announce the engagement of their daughter, Maria Louise Walls, to William Emory Moore, son of Donald Moore and Mrs. Tina Brown.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Sandy Creek High School, class of 2003. She currently attends Atlanta Christian College and will graduate in May of this year, with a bachelor of science degree in human relations.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Sandy Creek High School, class of 2001. He attended Clayton State College and University where he obtained certification as an emergency medical technician. He currently is employed with the Fayette County Fire Department as a firefighter/EMT.

The wedding will be Oct. 6, 2007, in Tyrone.
