Jesse Paul "J. P." Hall, 80, Fayetteville, died Feb. 8, 2007. He was born Sept. 21, 1926 in Gibson County, Tenn. He served in the United States Army in Korea, and was retired from Chevron Oil Company. Services were at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Metropolitan Parkway, Atlanta, with the Rev. Roy Watkins, and the Rev. Will Berkner officiating. Interment was at the church cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Kathryn Hall, Fayetteville; a son, Steve and Patty Hall, Fayetteville; grandchildren, Rebecca Hall, Kenny Hall, and Christopher Hall; a brother, Howard and Syble Hall, Sommerville, Tenn.; and a sister, Ruth and James Criner, Murfreesboro, Tenn. Memorial donations may be made to the Mt. Zion Memorial Cemetery Fund. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
