Several new homes available for purchase in Fayetteville’s The Villages of LaFayette Park

Development progress has continued at a steady pace in The Villages of LaFayette Park in Fayetteville with several completed new homes coming on the market in the mixed-use community.

Located a short walking distance from Fayetteville’s historic town square, the award-winning community features homes in a variety of price ranges, a first-rate amenity package, green space and parks, as well as commercial and office space and a hotel.
Single family homes currently available for purchase by The Villages builders include the following:

Ravin Homes Inc. - This builder has available three Village and Cottage homes, including the Euclid II, the new model home designer decorated by Mary Teagle of Lasting Impression. Priced from $283,000 to $323,500, these homes, have upgraded features such as granite countertop, hardwood floors, and oversized rooms. Each plan highlights some of the special features, including front, side and/or rear covered porches, banquet-sized dining rooms and other special items. • Lee-Dixon Realty - This company is marketing homes built by Mike Harrell & Associates and Chris Dixon & Associates. Mike Harrell & Associates currently has available four master on the main homes priced from $348,400 to $385,400, while Chris Dixon & Associates is showcasing one completed home, a master on the main with a guest room/bath on the main priced at $352,900. Both builders provide special financing on homes closing in 30 days or less. • Ray Wright Homes - This building company has six inventory homes with prices starting at $275,000. • Wood Properties - This company built and has on the market one Estate home, which has a price $359,000. Wood Properties is also marketing The Courtyards, an enclave of 22 Courtyard homes within The Villages built by Southern Communities Development LLC. The Courtyard homes have prices from $291,900 to $305,000, and they contain 2,200 to 2,500 sq. ft. of heated space as well as an outdoor living area. • Millennium Builders - One of the Estate home builders, this company just closed on one home, and it has home in standing inventory. Listed at $338,900, this available home is a two-story plan with four bedrooms and three and one-half baths. The master suite is on the main level, and special features include lots of hardwoods, granite countertops, tile, coffered ceilings, and handcrafted Amish cabinets. • Tyler Madison Homes - This local custom builder features three homes on estate lots which are ready for occupancy. Two homes offer the owners’ suite on the main level, and both homes are on a full basement with additional living areas. The third home offers formal living and dining, 10-ft.ceilings on the main level and nine-ft. ceilings on the upper level, inviting front and rear porches, plus a three-car side entry garage. All homes feature hardwood floors on the main level, granite countertops, custom cabinets and extensive trim. Prices are from the high $300,000s. The Villages of LaFayette Park development is three blocks west of the Old Courthouse Square in Fayetteville and bordered by Ga. Highway 54 on the south and the Fayette County High School complex on the north.

The homes are predominantly late 19th and early 20th century styles with big iced tea front porches, exterior trim and vintage interior features like transoms, built-ins with leaded glass doors, wainscoting, crown molding, chair rail, and hardwood floors. Many of the homes have garages in the back with access through an alleyway, creating a more attractive streetscape.

When completed, The Villages of LaFayette Park will have a total of 203 homes constructed by a carefully selected team of builders. The 2,000-seat Villages Amphitheater, a multi-use venue which hosts nationally renowned musical acts and local entertainment is on the property. The amphitheater is owned by the Fayetteville Downtown Development Authority and managed by Fayetteville Downtown Tourism Association. A wide brick-paved promenade will lead from the community to the commercial area and downtown Fayetteville.
