This exclusive designation was created by and for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates’ (PREA) members and makes Steven and Carol part of a select number of Prudential associates in the country to hold this distinction.

Its requirements include a minimum of one year full-time real estate sales experience; meeting or exceeding PREA’s sales standards; closing at least one transaction in the last year priced within the top 10 percent of the local market or taking two listings in the same top 10 percent price range; and completing other continuing education requirements.

Award-winning agents, the Rosens have ranked in the top 50 of all Prudential Georgia Realty sales associates since 2004. In their office of 60 agents, they have consistently been in the top 10 and finished 2005 as the number one team.
